My child is 3, wears a 3-4T, 28 lbs, about 37" tall, about 12-13" inseam.
You would need a toddler 2-4 Size Xsmall. This item is only available in Small child 4-6. That may be able to work for you. We have item T0940G available in a Toddler size. - DDS Customer Service (09/18/2013)
